How can I optimize my posting time to improve my Instagram reach?

There is really no right time to post, unfortunately, since everyone has different followers from different time zones and the algorithm does not work in timeline order any more.

However, timing does still play a factor because it helps to get quick engagement on your posts. So, if you have a business profile, I would check out your Insights to see what time and days your followers are most active. 

You could also try experimenting with different times and see if certain ones generate more engagement (ex. morning vs evening).
