How do I reactivate my account?
How to get restarted on the Kicksta program!
If you are a returning client and would like to reactivate your account, log-in to your Kicksta Dashboard and complete the following steps.
Note: If this is the first time you are logging into your Kicksta Dashboard you will need to reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" and entering the email address associated with your Kicksta account.
Once you have successfully logged in:
- Update your Method of Payment: To update click the “Billing” section in the main navigation.
- Update your Instagram Password: To update click the "Settings" button next to the account you would like to activate and then "Password"
- Reactivate Your Account: Click the "Settings" button next to the account you would like to activate and then "Reactivate". Here you will be able to select your plan and price.
- Review and Update Your Target List: Typically, all of your previous will still be stored in your Dashboard. If you would like to review the list, click "Settings" and then "Targets." Here you will be able to add and removed targets. Here's a quick guide on How To Pick Target Accounts.
Follow these steps and we will have your account activated within 24 hours!
