How to cancel your account directly on the Client Dashboard

While we hate to see any of our clients leave, any account cancellations can be done directly on the Kicksta Dashboard

To officially cancel your account, first you will need to login to your Dashboard, which you can access here:

Once you are logged in, click on the "Settings" tab. Then, in the bottom left select the account drop-down under "Connected accounts" and then "Cancel subscription"

*Important note: We do have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you would like to cancel your subscription within the first two weeks of signing up and receive a refund, it is the responsibility of the client to reach out to the Customer Support team to do so. A refund will not be automatically issued.
